They did not do a thing but send out some letters without postage of course. Save your money and find a reputable provider. I used another company in the past with phenomenal results but Elite Credit Solutions of Tampa and John Bach are an absolute joke. I honestly feel ripped off and would love to deal with this POS in person!

Brian has been leaving these reviews all over the Internet. This client signed up for services with us. We worked hard to send out his first round disputes, as promised. Come time for him to return his mail, so that we could see how we did, he came up missing. We spent several months, over 100 calls, texts, and emails, trying to reach him, but he would not respond.
We didn’t know what happened to him. We are a flat rate program, meaning once we begin the program, the client is legally and contractually required to pay the full amount. As a courtesy, we work with our clients on a comfortable payment arrangement. After a long period of no response from this client, we sadly had to end his contract and seek further actions to collect on the balance he still owes us.
This is the reason he’s making a full time job, submitting unprofessional reviews all over the Internet. If you review, Google, he’s done this to several companies all over. We give each of our clients 120% towards meeting their goals. We had a perfect record until this week. Thanks Brian! Any client reviewing our company for possible services, we’d like to welcome you to review all of our reviews, here and all over the Internet, and the outstanding reputation we’ve achieved in the past several years.
We are proud of that record and welcome you to do your research. We’d like to formally appologize on behalf of our ONE client that seems to have had an issue that we still don’t know anything about. Like any business in America, we require payment for the services we offer. Thanks for your time.
