What happened?
I'll tell you what happened. They damaged my car - bad ($6,458.00 worth of damage!!!). They chose the carrier. They said "call the carrier". They didn't back me. They backed the carrier. They are suppose to back me. They lied in their presentation about this fact. They are suppose to represent me throughout the process.
They have the buying power - so they said. Wrong! They have ZERO power and ZERO willingness to help. This company is in the pocket of the carriers. They were useless to me. They blocked my phone number. They wouldn't even take my call. Total Jerks! Disgusting excuse for a man. If this was the old west.... Serge Krasner would be shot dead in the streets. I'm not kidding. Total liar. Total jacka*s. Useless.
