Electricbikeparadise.com Greentransporter.com I order a mobility scooter for my disabled wheelchair bound son from Electricbikeparadise.com in april to recieve in may i received it july 13th and they sent the wrong product its is for someone who uses their legs a minicar not the handlebars upper extremities where all controls are from your hands they don't want to exhamge it for the right product they literally want me to buy the original product i order agsin Casper Wyoming

I want to warn anyone expecially those who are disabled to NEVER ORDER from Electricbikeparadise.com it has been a degrading horrible experience i am currently going thru ...I order a mobility scooter for my disabled wheelchair bound son in April to be delivered in May recieved it this past July 13th 2021 not being responsible to info delays to no refund and no choice but to wait product I order was for a person in a wheelchair and basically sent me a mini car one most 1 know how to really drive because there's an accelerator brakes & emergency break! I order a handlebar upper hand use only!
They claim so many different story best one being they acknowledge my son will be 14 but has the capacity of a 5yr old because he has down syndrome but I NEVER MENTIONED he was on a wheelchair my son has been wheelchair bound since 1 1/2yrs old now through all the emails call & texts last email was they want me to send it back it will cost me $1000 then they will charge me a restock fee of 25% for a $6200 purchase they give a $200 discount to purchase which they have in stock the one I originally order!!! Never received 1 single call from company no supervisor manager owner as they stated to request via email I have the proof of all the changes of stories & inappropriate texts now no email response and customer service leave me on hold or stay silent or hang up....its hard enough living with a disability as my son and I but to mislead and take is sheer malice & disgusting
