Original Contract
Entered into a contract with these fraudsters on Nov 17 last year to chase some overdue invoices with a client in Houston. They received a $34,000+ payment deposited into their account on Jan 3. Since then, nothing but BS and excuses as to why the payment is delayed. After may calls and messages I get a call from the owner Mark Wolff on March 3 who tells me they are having an annual audit which is running long because of the weather and Covid but it will be over, and my payment sent by March 14.
It sounded like BS and I ask him if the company having financial difficulties. Mark gets all indignant and says absolutely not. 3 hours later I get an email from another attorney saying Wolff and Associates is having financial problems and can not pay their bills.
I have spoken with another client who was also shorted in the amount he received in a different activity. Apparently, this is how these guys operate.
