Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I signed up with Ecommerce Empire Builders for a sales funnel (website) build in 9/2020.  I was on the fence about getting into this for a number of years, due to lack of technical skills and afraid of getting ripped off.

I was once again looking around the web and stumbled upon this company.  Looking for info, I filled out the contact page and within minutes my phone rang and I was speaking with literally a fast talking pitch guy.  I explained my trepidation and did not want to have to do anything myself.  I was assured several times over that in no way shape or form would I have to engage in any part of the technical end of the build.  I signed up for 12,500 for an all done, out of the box, fully functioning sales funnel ( website).

There were things that bothered me right away, like where was a phone number for discussions.? The contract stated that there were three calls allowed for discussions for this whole process! What?! The times and dates were planned in advance but only by them and if agreed upon by them and only through zoom, which can only make one think that this is designed as a shield for their protection from unwanted calls from clients.  I was messaged by Peter Pru at the beginning of this fiasco that he wasnt ready to talk to me yet when I tried scheduling a call!   I had only spoken with Peter Pru for an initial welcome call, in that call was 15 minutes of spit balling ideas if that long.  That was it.

I had a list provided to me by one of his guys, Arturo, of 8 tasks that needed to be done prior to them even starting!  I had to pay 500.00 for someone to take care of that for me.

Fast forward to a few weeks later when they "finished' the site, there were tasks that were promised to be done in the contract that never were.  When I reached out to the various guys that were subcontracted to do this, they would send me a video on how to fix what they didnt do right!  This was time and time again!  Upon delivery of the site I had noticed that someone else's project was on one of my pages, I had to tell them about that and also there was no functioning email integration, and without that a sales funnel is useless.

They promised to deliver an ad campaign that was bringing in sales before handing over documents.  They saw that I was questioning things that werent done, so they just sent me the paperwork with an unfinished site.

Peter Pru also partnered with Prime Corporate Services out of Utah, and he sold my info to them.  I received a phone call from them before the ink was dry on the contract, wanting to sell business services.  Im sure he gets commissions from that side venture.

These guys at Ecommerce Empire Builders were so lazy and incompetent.  Nobody took the time to do a proper job for a client for all the money I spent. I expected a stellar product and equally stellar customer support, instead I have an incomplete sales funnel and have to hire someone else to fix what should have been done.

I reached out to Peter Pru in Jan after he passed off the site without my approval, of course he never replied back, thats his MO, hence the no phone number thing!

Stay away from this company and these people.  Find a reputable and legitimate company and if you can't find reviews on a company that so prevalent on the internet there must be a reason!!
