EbikeHaul after receiving the bike (late several weeks) I began to have issues right away (electrical). Elk Grove california

EbikeHaul requested I return the bike for a refund. I noticed that my refund was about $1,200.00 short of whay I paid. After several telephone calls and emails, I was told that the money not refunded was "fees". So evidently, you call sell garbage and when someone wants to return the garbage, they just keep what ever monies they feel they need to.
Currently pending legal actions.
