This idiot deliberately caused an accident then lied to the state trooper who worked the accident scene. He made an illegal left hand turn from the right hand lane. Watch the video. https://youtu.be/Ng-dM4xb2kg My guess is he thought he was goingbto get a big payout from my friend's insurance. Insurance ruled that my friend is not at fault. We'll see what happens when my friend goes to court with his evidence. Cameras don't lie. This guy is a convicted felon, low life, lying drug dealing punk.
