Bumped into sons paternal aunt at clinic prior to issues arising. Once had to go back and forth to this clinic at their demand FOUR times over a simple broken finger that another clinic diagnosed and splinted in a single visit for something else. This is excessive and was made out to be some kind of huge emergency but getting hit by a truck on my motorcycle was considered minor.
After hit by truck ended up having to go from Kanata all the way to Navan which ate up hours worth of insurance coverage all to find out xrays and MRI''s showing how bad the injuries were never were sent. Then there was false information slipped into the record stating that I had previously had surgeries on both of my legs prior to the collision which had NO CLINICAL findings or evidence to support it AT ALL. This led to coverage complications which took several months and countless hours to try and correct at which time predatory lenders had a field day.
When I went to close the file and pick it up with two weeks advance notice I ended up having to wait several hours for them to print it out and the file was not complete, was full of speculative unqualified opinion that would further create complications with the claim and appropriate compensation basically forcing the use of predatory lenders via Bridgepoint which ALL ties back to my son's paternal grandparents at 1 degree of separation without any doubt whatsoever.
Some of the unsubstantiated and incorrect information was then later somehow relied upon by someone who blatantly fraudulently misrepresented and was further intentionally fraudulently misrepresented IN WRITING BY THE PERSONAL INJURY LAWYER HIMSELF that issued the loan as a doctor and was not. He was however, a former employee of the Ontario Disability Support Program, and threatened to and did follow up with interfering with access to those basic services again to assist with the predatory lending necessity, and to further and very wrongfully create an overpayment when monies were actually owed to the client.
Truck vs motorcycle, motorcycle was totalled and rider experienced serious fracture and other injuries..... who do you think won?
