Purchased products initially from DIY road cases. Submitted a seocond and third order. Only received the first order.
Spent an additional $708.00 of which they have refunded only 398.40, none of said product received.
They keep issuing internal credits, etc which doesn't matter. I've spent 708.00 on my CC and received zero product from those 2 orders. I have received a partial refund only of 398.40. They owe me $309.60
Submitted a Demand For Payment, Steve's response was he felt my demand was 'threatening'.
Ignores all communication. Fails to reply. Failed to communicate the partial refund hade occured and wonders why customers are mad. ZERO communication. He's hiding from his mistakes and continually makes more.
This all started with him cancelling my 2nd and 3rd orders because "he was confused".
