DIRECTV It never works all you get is a floating DIRECTV
They charge large amount of money and all you get is a floating DIRECTV logo on every screen channel (except for 1-channel).

What you do is call them and set up a date for service. Of course, if you have a past due balance, they aren't going to do anything until you get current.
