I purchased this warranty in 2021 and paid $3767. On December 14, 2023, I filed a claim with Direct Protect Warranty Services, also known as Dealer Loyalty Protection, Inc., P.O. Box  457, Mahwah, NJ, 07430, dealerloyaltyprotection.com on December 14th and had to go through three different customer service companies just to get my claim processed, which only offered a $372.37 reimbursement on a $1123.73 charge.

I had to send the invoice and authorization three times because the person I spoke to kept insisting he didn't see the authoriztion that was attached. It wasn't until I sent the authorizaton seperately that the idiot advanced the claim to his adjuster. He obviously didn't understand how to open a multi page attachment. I waited the customary ten business days to receive the reimbursement, but it never arrived. After countless calls to determine the status, often leaving messages with the promise of receiving a return call, which NEVER occurred, I finally spoke to someone who said they cancelled the payment because the zip code on the mailed check was incorrect. I was promised it would be mailed by January 26th by a third party company whom they refused to divulge the name of. It is now February 27 and I still haven't received the promised reimbursement, as ridiculously low as it is. I was amazed at how difficult it was just to reach a real person to determine the progress of my claim. I was told the company I actually purchased the warranty was Fontegra, (888) 209-4256. The payments were made to Mepco, another third party company, for $148.79 per month. To me, this is a fraudulent bunch of front companies taking advantage of a trusting public and should have their business practices carefully examined and questioned why it is such a puzzle to find a responsible person to effectively answer concerns. It's easy to disavow responsibility with a framework of shell companies all being involved with each phase of the claim process. These clowns are dishonest.
