Delbert's Supermarket overcharged me more than once and when I complained about it, I was told that I'm having delusions! I didn't notice it at first but after a few months of being overcharged, I finally caught it one day when i was checking out. The cashier with the blonde hair told me my total was 124.56. I knew that didn't sound right because I had added up what I needed before I made the trip to the store.

I asked the lady to double check to make sure the total is correct. She rolled her eyes and said that it was a correct total! I said okay and agreed to pay. I paid the amount she asked for. I asked for the receipt and without thinking to look at it, I put the receipt in my purse and the guy who sacked my groceries followed me out to my car.

I drove home home. As I put away my groceries I looked at the receipt and it said $103.04 and change due back to me was $21.52. I called and complained to a manager about the cashier woman with blonde hair. She said that she gave me back $21.52. I told the manager to check the videotape and he told me they don't have a surveillance system there. I told the manager that she stole $21.52 from me!! He said he would talk to the woman who checked out my groceries.

The manager called back and told me that he checked the register and it balanced out so there must be some oversight or a mistake on my end. I told him no, she took $21.52 from me by telling me the price was 124.56 when the receipt clearly says it was $103.04 and that's with taxes which were $5.30 which made my subtotal before taxes $97.74!! The manager said she would have the cashier call me back.

She called back and told me she didn't take any money from me and that I needed to see a doctor for paranoid delusions! That's how Delbert's handles complaints! Oh and another thing! I don't appreciate being forced to listen to Christian music when I come into the store! And I certainly don't appreciate being asked if I go to church when your cashiers are stealing money from people!!

The ACLU finds the use of stingrays unconstitutional

If I'm an idiot then so are many other Americans who agree the use of stingrays to collect information from innocent Americans is unconstitutional as well as the ACLU. This is a quote from the ACLU. "Because stingrays are indiscriminate, highly intrusive devices that obtain information from all nearby third parties on the same cellular network, and not just the target of an investigation, there is a serious question whether they can ever be used consistent with the Fourth Amendment.”
