Of course you never received anything..Memberworks never send out membership kits hoping that you will forget about it and thats how they will make money off of you..and then finally after you have been charged so much and you call to cancel, they will only refund you a portion of what was charged. Believe it or not, as an employee I had free memberships and 3 times I requested my membership kit to be send to me and it was never sent.

I was called by a dealpass rep. and they told me that they would send me information to get a $100 walmart gift card if I too advantage of their offer. I would also recive a coupon book for discounts. Dealpass charged my credit card, but I recived nothing.

do not email your cancelation notice to them, it will be ignored. someone may respond telling you someone will get back to you, it never happens. you want to cancel ? make sure you have someone on the telephone and always make sure you get their name and agent id. and regarding gift cards, they do take their sweet time in sending it to you if at all ever. you need to send the attached card if at all any. in which afterwards you need to send a survey if at all any. but don't feel too bad, they also like to rip off their own staff

I cancel the membership after i was charged on my account, i was told that it had been cancel, when i checked again they cancel and then i was recharged again. now i am unable to contact anyone.
