David Olund raised 3.5 million on a promise to audit and do an S-1. Mr Olund never disclosed that the company was riddled with problems and that he and his partner David Weaver took out over 1.5 million for their personal gain. The company is snst and the name is aphex biocleanse!
Mr Olund continues to lie to shareholders to raise money to pay himself and his partner Anthony Marotti and Chuck Ragland. David weaver stole over 500,000 and put it into a soccer club for his personal gain.
Olund has taked money and used it to live his lavious lifestyle with his young Russian wife! Als has started another scam sgbt which is supposed to be another scam public company. If you here their names run for the hills you will lose your money. Thanks a concerned shareholder
