CSI Bail Bonds - Frauds and cons
On December 12th 2020, Brian Thompson whom works as a BailBondsman with CSI Bailbonds; Came to the Boone County jail to bond me out of jail. I didnt have the cash or credit to pay, so reluctantly I put my home up for bail which was previously discussed. What should of been the immediate red flag was Brian innitially didnt want to even right anything down on paper. My gut told me otherwise and I talked him in to writi ng asimple handshake agreement down and we both signed. He gave me 12 days to pay him or he takes my house by this time he had me beleiving that it was my only option. So I signed and chose to beleive him that he practiced proper business eticut. I tried to pay the bondsman 4-5 different times in whole and all Brian could musstard to these attempts was to threaten to revoke my bond if I continued to try and contact him. Actually the only time we have seen eachother was when he made a special trip to my house just to blackmale and threaten myfreedoms by forcing me to sign paperwork that transfered the deed to my home by threatening to revoke. They have harrassed my family sister, mom, bro, and others. they kicked my brothers front door in without a warrant and armed. This is modern day mob type stuff, while nobody does a thing about it. They also did something similar in 2017 by going to the wrong address while armed.
Ultimately getting a judgement on them in court. They even went to my mothers address and threatened to take her home if she didnt come up with 20000$.
All in all, something needs to be said and done. Taking advantage of the unfortunate with malicious intent is not only morally wrong but legally. Ive got all of the text messages and most of the correspondence between brian thompson and I. All of it costists of me trying to pay and him giving me the run around.
