In January 2020 I had a cruise fully paid for. My traveling companion backed out at the last minute. Cruises.com gave me a $350 goodwill voucher to use toward another cruise. Booked another cruise for February 2021, that was cancelled due to Covid. Booked another one for February 2022.
In Oct 2021, I called to pay off the cruise. I paid my total but the dope on the phone said I owed more money!! Out of frustration, I cancelled the cruise. I was told my $350 voucher was good for a year from that date.
This past week 2/12/22, I tried to book another cruise for March 2022 using my voucher. They told me they had given my credit to a friend that went on the 2/22 cruise. When I said that didn't make sense, they changed the story and said the voucher had expired last September.
I have tried to speak with a supervisor or customer service, but I can't get through. Now I'm not only out the original $750 for a cruise, but a $275 flight credit I had to use by 3/31/22. these people are great at taking your money, but watch out if you have any kind of a problem!!!!

All of these third party reservation places are an acknowledged RIP OFF. That is an absolute FACT. Nothing has changed in the world of reservations. YOU BOOK IT YOURSELF. See that? YOU BOOK IT YOURSELF. You can do everything they do for free.
Every one of those sleezebag operations cater to the inexperienced traveler. They cannot wait for a complication, hitch or flimsy excuse to KEEP your money when the cruise line REFUNDED YOUR MONEY TO THEM. Everyone of them is TRASH and that is an ABSOLUTE FACT!
