CREALITY 3D CREALITY, ENDER, SHENZHEN Creality 3D Technology Co. Ltd. SELLING BROKEN PRINTER OUT OF BOX City of Industry, CA
Their pitch says “The returned product cannot affect the secondary sales” in other words they gave me USED to begin with instead of a NEW.
The the printer has a broken power supply.
On 6/18/20 I received the 3d printer. On 6/19/20 I objected on the power supply was broken and could not turn on. Demanded that they give my money back. As they had a 14 day money back this was a 2 day demand. That’s when the stalling tactics begins… from delay in responding to oh send them a video. And I’d would guess they are claiming that the 14 days is over. Creality must pay for the return freight and the broken 3d printer.
This has gone to Paypal, bbb.org which is a “F”, ripoff.com, and soon Visa.
