Crawford & Company Discover Card purchase insurance company Denied loss claim for stolen Key bought with Discover card Atlanta Georgia
I bought a Toyota Prius key transmitter on August 1, 2015 from DCH Toyota in Torrance CA. for $197.55 with my Discover card that claims loss protection for 90 days, The key was a the purse that was stolen with my daughters purse at a Chico State University college party she was attending. After 6 hours work getting police reports and information they denied the claim because it was in a house that the back door was not locked. Crawford Claims are a rip off. The item was stolen what is the reason for denying the claim. These people are thieves.
