Coupons.com Quotient Technologies Coupons.com fraudulently rejects cashback submissions and fails to pay what they owe Mountain View CA

Coupons.com is a fraud and a scam. They repeatedly reject valid cashback submissions without notice or useful info in the hopes people forget about them.

They don't pay what they owe. A complete ripoff. Avoid these thieves like the plague. They've done it to me twice already.
