Well, I was about to buy stuff via ebay from this guy, and found all these reports. Thanks all!

You will also note he is explicitly buying DOA items off ebay. He knows what he is doing!
I happened to read below about the person who got conned with AMD 1G... he's purchased more AMD (1.2Ghz) that are described as "not working, DOA" from Ebay.
