Colby Motoring LLC. SOLD MY CAR AND DIDN'T TELL ME TO WHOM OR HOW MUCH. INVESTED $12,000 GOT BACK $3,000 AGOURA CA
my name is Ron. Colby convinced me into buying a 2006 Land Rover for $7,000 and adding $5,000 worth of inprovements and we would sell the truck for $15,000. Colby bought the truck with a friend (Mark Antes, another looser crook) of his and i gave colby the $5,000 for improvemnets. the truck then sat for over 1 year and then after many texts, Colby said he couldn't sell it without the pink slip. I reluctantly gave it to him. As soon as i gave him the pink slip, colby stopped all communication with me. I then drove down to his place of business and confronted him about my money.
Colby said colby sold the truck for $3,500. after many texts that if he had the pink slip we could get at least $7,500. Colby would not tell me who he sold the truck for and for how much. He said the truck was on the way to Texas. i then informed him that he was commiting "Embelsement" and in addition going over state lines. Colby then said the car went to a girl friend who registered the car and is driving it so it doesn't get old from not driving. I believe once Colby got the pink slip, colby sold it for more then $12,000. Colby knew i was going out of the country (philipines) to work on a building project. Colby ripped me off and i want justice. Colby is a crook and needs to be held responsible for my money. I can give you more information if you ask me. thanks for your time on this case. Ron
