Coinbase froze my account for over a week without a reason, when they finally let me access my funds i found that my coins were gone, indeed, they replaced my coins with other coins of less value. I am a trader so I keep logs and screenshots of my activity, which I’ll use to prove the bad baith/fraudulent misuse of my funds.

I have been using Coinbase for over 5 years, in which I made deposits for over $100,000 without any problem. Last week I made several deposits for nearly $7k. As I made the deposits, I got an email from the bank saying that my account was locked due to "suspicious activity". I contacted Coinbase right away to check and as showed here, they assured me that the payments went through. Two hours later I logged in to Coinbase and the account was on hold due to an issue with a deposit for $419. So I got back to the bank and after confirming my identity the unlocked my account, which allowed me to call coinbase support right away again and resubmit the $419 deposit (see here).

Despite re-submitting the payment within 2 hours, Coinbase froze my account entirely. Support has said that I had to wait at least 5 days for my account to be reviewed by their team. The problem is that some of my deposits were made a week ago, and they should have been available for withdrawal/trading. Due to the issue with the $419 that I fixed the same day, they held my entire balance, if there was a problem (which there is no as my second payment went through), they should hold that specific payment and not the other ones.

A week went by, so I got several emails from them saying that part of my funds were available (see here), which was a lie, as the account was still locked (see here)

Very important, as the last image points out my funds were only USDT and tether. The last image shows clearly that there was no other coin but tether and USDT.

Today, March 4th I can finally access my account. To my surprise when I log in I found that all my tether and USDT is gone; all my coins were swap for CRO coins (see here). According to their website there were many buy orders placed at 7 am. To be honest, not only I was sleeping today at 7 am, I can’t recall when was the last time I was awake that early.

I thought about withdrawing all my funds, even if they were in CRO coins to sell them somewhere else before the price continues to go down, but surprisingly my account became locked again, now leaving me without access to it (see here).

The problem is that when I request support through Coinbase website they are telling me that I need to go to Coinbase Pro, but when I got to Coinbase Pro the website sends me to regular Coinbase, leaving me without even the chance to reach support.

They have turned my life into hell, I have been disrespected/mocked by the staff as I requested support on the chat room in several occasions. At this point, its hard the whole saga along with its further escalation is the result of accidental/involuntary errors or whether I am paying the price for my complaints against this company on SEC & Federal Trade Commission.
