Cloth & Paper never tells you the refund policy before you buy and unreasonably denies refunds
This is a website for stationaries, NOT undergarments. However, they only allows you to return their overpriced products with store credits. They do NOT tell you or they use "refund" instead of "credit" to confuse you.
And they get to decide how much "refund" or "credit" you get and will not tell you how that number is calculated. Which is unfair because it is not listed in the return policy.
On the other hand, the items are way overpriced!
