Charter communications has continuously caused severe harms in retaliation for whistle blowing a matter involving excessive wifi radiation, 4 times the suitable amount for human and pet exposure. Ever since the complaint was filed, Charter Communications, D. B. A. (Spectrum, Spectrum Mobile) was caught blacklisting a nearby network, that I had gained access from legally oto use wifi. A simple network analyzer tool and a second one that was similar both provided the information upon  running the programs. "network blacklisted" However, I am not a contracted party to this particular network, so they have not only caused me harm unnecessarily, but also their paying customer whom they will not allow to get out of their contract( this is out of my control, and my opinion is that the second that Charter, Spectrum began committing crimes, the contract was null and void on its face and there is no negotiating with strong arm criminals) . This has led to countless cyber attacks from numerous bad actors, including several other big tech companies, as well as bogus law enforcement entities. The list of crimes against Me personally have been financial blacklisting, uploading of encrypted data (attempted blackmail), censoring communications to null, permitting 3rd party criminals to access, harvest and sell personal information, hacking devices where there is no service provider agreement that would grant them permission, installing and concealing apps on new device with different service provider, refusal to return phone calls from their fraud department, denial of providing contracted homeowners request to have all admin rights, denial of router updates to remove the threats allowed, network channel stacking, which causes a slowdown in cell data due to all neighbors being on the same channel while all other channels are wide open. There is essentially no reason to do this and Spectrum cannot provide the same answer twice and none acceptable as to why this is happening. I have recently filed a Security agreement and a ucc1 financing statement to allow time to cure their numerous default and cease and desist all criminal activity. They have defaulted and are now being invoiced to collect damages owed. It is safe to assume that Charter Communications has no intention of doing the right thing and will continue to evade, dodge, ignore, lie, and pretend to be helping when in fact they are the culprit. They have the ability to in the least pretend to investigate, but because they are well aware of just how deep they're in, they simply deny and avoid to a point that is beyond pathetic. DO NOT GET SUCKERED INTO THEIR TRAP OR YOU WILL PAY FOR IT WITH MORE THAN JUST YOUR WALLET. Anyone who is available for debt collection or perhaps a class action is welcome to contact me anytime. All of my claims herein are supported with solid evidence and it is an ongoing ordeal, so it wouldn't take much to verify.. Be safe, and thank you for your time.
