I had my truck to their shop on June 9, 2022. They gave me 3 diagnosis.

1) They replaced the fuel filter housing. My truck still didn't crank.

2) Fuel pump. Trey the owner told me it be a thousand dollars for the part. I was charged $1335.45 for the part. My truck still wasn't fixed. I asked how much was my total bill so far. Trey/owner first told me it was $2586.00. On June 21, 2022 I had someone to call and pay the bill, they charged the person card $2820.00. After receiving the invoice the bill was $2738.78.

3) June 20, 2022 they diagnosed my truck with needing injection cups. From June 20-24, 2022 I was told my truck wasn't being worked because they where short handed.

June 27,2022 I called to get a update on my truck, I was told it would be a week before they could get the parts. I informed them I could get the part here in Charlotte NC at the Volvo dealership and bring them that day. I did. I was told my truck would be ready by Thursday no later than Wednesday if everything went well.

Wednesday June 29, 2022 I arrived at their shop to get a letter of when my truck arrived and the issue. My truck still sat in the same spot and had been worked on.

Thursday June 30, 2023 I arrived in Greer SC at 8:00 am. My truck still sat in the same spot and hadn't been touched. I hung around Greer all morning. Around 1:00 pm, while looking at my truck I the shop to get a update. I was told my truck was being worked on and they would call me when it was done. My truck still sat in the same spot and hadn't been touched. I was looking right at it.

Friday July 1, 2022 I arrived at the shop around 9:00 am. My truck still was in the same spot and still hadn't been touched. I went to the shop and asked for a invoice for the work I had already paid for. At that time I asked when would my truck be ready, and I was told they didn't know.

Looking the invoice I immediately noticed the difference in the prices of what I was told it would cost, the amount owed, and the amount paid. I called Volvo and they told me a fuel pump for my truck is only $818.00.

I was also told it would cost $1700 to $1800.00 to replace my injection cups including parts. I've already bought the part and given it to them. They charge $125.00 an hour to do the job.
