the owner of this business refused to accept numerous returns of ,sub standard or broken merchandise that was purchased at this store even with a reciept and also pays very smallamount of   actual value of merchandise and brings back to original store for full credit.   avoid this scandalous store at all costs, save yourself frustration and anger

 While some of the products we purchase at CD Exchange are new, the vast majority are used. We take pride in making sure that every single product is tested and/or inspected before we purchase it and we stand by our return policy for defective items that might slip past us or fail after purchase. The only instances we do not accept returns are if the product is not defective, usually buyer's remorse; the customer is a repeat return, one of those who purchase, use, then return an item as if we were a library rather than a business; or those who purchase an item and attempt to return another like item in its place. We know the quailty of the goods we buy and sell and have no problem standing by our guarantee with honest customers. As far as reselling product we purchase for higher prices...that is what we do, we are a resale store and of course we will attempt to make the largest profit on an item that we can, as any good business would. All of our prices, buying and selling, are based on our competitors which guarantees our loyal customers the best deal.
