Carteese Alesta LLC False advertising and reluctance to issue refund Irvine CA
Briefly, since I’m limited in length here, this ripoff company has delayed issuing my refund for an undelivered product coming from China (something I was not made aware of). I have been waiting for two months, and the company refuses to update me on my refund! There is so much more to this case, but I simply want my refund and the matter closed!
They conditioned the refund on the expiration of the product’s tracking number (60 days from the order date!!), and that tracking number has expired!! This is a totally unnecessary delay with what Ai suspect is no intention to refund my money without a prolonged fight — which I will certainly wage! Do not do business with this company in any way!

I also ordered from Carteese. The toy ordered arrived from China (not where I thought ordered) almost 8 weeks after ordering and it arrived mangled. I took photos of the original unopened damaged package as well as the damaged item inside once opened and was told by customer service (Peter) that a refund would only be considered if a returned the item in the original package to them in China which I found to unacceptable. I would not order from them again.
