Carolyn inadvertently added to & charged for Bonzi software
Some of the E-mails I receive are evidently sponsored by Bonzi and when that screen comes up, I press the "No" - that I don't want it, but surprizingly I received a credit card bill today (2/28/02), with a $30 charge for Trans Dt 01/29, & don't have an inkling of how to cancel it. Anything you can do would be most appreciated.
