I went to CCDJR on 07/29/22 after submitting my documents via email and receiving a phone call advising I was approved and to come

to the dealership, sign paperwork, and take possession of the vehicle.

I was under the impression that financing was secured & approved via ALLY BANK. This was NOT a “conditional approval”. This deal was finalized after I signed my contract, title application papers, and paid the down payment.

In addition to that - they congratulated me on my vehicle purchase via loudspeaker AND my pictures were taken in their showroom and parking lot to celebrate my purchase. Does that sound like “conditionally approved” or “final sale”? Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of “yoyo sales” & “spot delivery”. The reason given for my vehicle loan to be approved then denied THREE weeks later AND ILLEGALLY REPOSSESSED is unfounded.

How much checking did you do on this dealership? You signed agreements with very specific Terms and Conditions which YOU agreed to. Did you read it? Did you see the $599 BOGUS, ADD-ON, FAKE FEE called "Closing Fee"? Did you see the notations on their website they will CHARGE YOU for "Dealer Installed Options" whether you want them or not such as over priced door mats and other trash? That PURELY BOGUS $599 FEE tells the world HONESTY and INTEGRITY are NOT practiced there. There is no such "closing fee". What slimeball dealerships do is represent the price of the car for LESS than what they want. They make up the difference with these FAKE FEES which they give an official sounding name to DECEIVE you. Next time, READ THE CONTRACT. There are no such legitimate fees such as "dealer fee", "documentation fee", "electronic filing fee", "advertising fee", "marketing fee". IT IS ALL A DECEPTION.
