We had Blockbuster at Home (DVDs in the mail) as part of our Dish Network subscription.  We would often wait a week, sometimes 2 or 3 weeks to get a replacement movie.  The first time we called to complain, we were told we had to have at least 10 movies in our queue to get a movie!

After that, we always kept 10-20 movies in queue.  Finally, we waited more than a month to get our next movie.  We called, and were told to add "10 more" movies, if we expected to have one sent. 

This was included in a Dish Network package that included a few extra channels.  Though we are pleased with Dish as a whole, Blockbuster at Home was awful.  We cancelled, and switched to Netflix.  We now get two or three movies a week. 

We like Blu-Ray discs for the full 7.1 channel sound.  Getting them thru Dish/Blockbuster is a scam.
