I am writing to file a formal complaint against Cash App. I have been a customer for years
and have always been satisfied with their services until recently. My accounts were closedwithout any further explanation.
On July 5th, 2023, and August 5th 2023 I transferred Bitcoin from an external wallet intoan old Cash App account that I no longer have access to. I know for a fact that thetransactions all totalling over $364 were sent to the correct Square/Cash App Bitcoinwallet. However, I have not been able to access these funds for over a month.
I have contacted Cash App customer support multiple times and have been given therunaround. However, it has been over a month and my funds have not been returned. Ihave also been told that I need to provide more information about my old Cash Appaccount, but I no longer have access to that account.I am extremely frustrated with Cash App's customer service and their unwillingness to help me. I have provided them with all of the information that they have asked for, buth ey still have not been able to help me. I am now out over $300 and I do not know whatto do.
I am requesting that Cash App immediately release my funds to me. I have been a loyal
customer for years and I have never had any problems until now. I am very disappointed
with their customer service and I hope that they will resolve this issue quickly.
