 "I wrote this email, not for you dear Bidoubids, I wrote it for internet users, it's their right to see the way that your respond, and they can have their judgment. I don't need to add anything more"

I talked to the bank, they told me you are not the first one who complains.

 My sentence:

"Please return my money, and if I have to pay anything more than 3$ for your free gift then cancel the gift too."

 The rational answer is: your money is not refundable, if you want you can still cancel your gift in this case we will refund you 3$ shipment fee.

 That sentence includes (and if) means that for returning the money you can cancel the gift.

Also another (if) that says if I have to pay more than 3$. I already paid more than 3 so you can't do what is after if.  It means that you had to still send me the gift, you tried to don't understand the meaning and cancelled it because you like money for free, and this is not in the business of bank.

 This part of your action was illegal we can work on it, also distribute it on internet.

I will do those.

"I hope to you (other victims) don't do the same mistake."

As we have informed, written before you upon your payment, here is the text:

"Included with this payment is a 1-day free Gold Membership. The normal monthly fee of £34.99 is charged 1 day after this purchase. The promotional gift item is only applicable if a minimum of one month membership fee is paid."

This is why when you have submitted your payment for the won auction, it also means that you have agreed to that statement as well as the membership.

Please be informed that your membership has been cancelled. We would like to remind you that your registration is free and you can still log-in to your account.

Please be advised your account has been forwarded to our Billing Department who will process the refund 3.00 CAD for your account. Please allow 5-10 business days for this to be processed.

 I participated in a survey that had a free gift. Then I applied for only the free gift that had a link with your site, as I can clearly remember, I rejected all the other offers. I didn't authorize your company to do any monthly deduction, I accepted just 3$ for posting.

Your answer means that some hidden information or misrepresentation is in your site. Because I can’t remember to accept any monthly deduction. I only sent my credit card information for that 3$ payment. Now you have the information because I authorized you for only 3$ deduction, but it doesn't mean that you can use it for other purposes.

 

If it had just 1 day free membership then I accepted only that 1 day for my free gift.

If there is more hidden terms on your site that authorize you to use my card in future please let me know and DON’T USE MY CARD, because in that case I have to change my card. Please return my money back, and if I have to pay anything more than 3$ for your free gift then cancel the gift too.

-          It was clear in my last letter. I didn't ask you to cancel my membership and my free gift. I told you return my money back, for this reason if I have to pay more than 3$ then cancel the gift too. This ((too)) refers directly to return money. It means you can have 3$ postal fee because I paid it.

But what you did, was completely different. You didn't return the money, canceled the membership (decided beside me and without my permission, again), canceled the gift and refund 3$. It means you used my credit card for more than 3$, for nothing. The question is: you didn't read the letter or you think that for an agreement only your idea is enough. Do you know an agreement needs the approve of both sides?
