Complaint Review: A Better Solution Home Care San Diego - San Diego CA

 Take a look at the owner. I know many people that have all left very unhappy because of the way that they were treated by the owner. I think it’s funny how an owner can walk around and treat everyone like crap. Every single person I know that has worked at this agency and has left, has been stalked or harassed by the owner afterwards. She makes anonymous phone calls, sends anonymous text messages just to try to find out where the person went so she can harass them instead of allowing them to leave and continue on with their lives. Not only does she treat employees like crap, but she also pulled out large PPP loans and does not admit it, but it’s super easy to look up. Take the time to look it up. And why would an owner taking out a huge ppp loan, and lay-off people instead of using the $ to help. She says on here that she never had one. There’s proof that she’s a liar. Also, if there was a way to somehow prove it, you would be able to pull up an expungement on her prostitution background as well as criminal drug charges.

 The owner clearly states they never filed for a PPP loan! I did my own research when looking for a homecare agency and looked up everything about each agency. Why would anyone lie about getting a PPP loan if they were using it for the right reasons? I so happened to look up your agency and saw where you indeed got a couple. Sorry but I don’t want an agency to help with my dad that lies over trivial matters

She never liked the boss and created two fake emails in order to slander our Boss both here and on Yelp. why are BOTH complaints filed on the same day within minutes of each other? I have Worked at this company for over 5 years and the Boss is super nice, and this lady hiding behind these fake profiles was a terrible person.  

We did get a PPP loan but it was used for payroll-- I know I was the one who did the math! and she does not have to tell a Liar anything about her financials especially when this is a smear campaign.  Please leave this company alone and FIND a JOB.

At that same time you were cutting employees and hours saying you couldn’t afford to keep them on. Stop saying people were terminated as a way to undermine their credibility

As the owner of A Better Solution I have been through extensive fingerprinting to own both a Home Care and Home Health Agency, and have never recieved a PPP loan. Both of these compleaints just so happened to be written on July 21st, the day we terminated an employee for falling asleep numerous times while working for clients.

One client described her time with this caregiver as "The worst night of my life" We take pride in the care we have provided for over 21 years in San Diego and Nationwide. We would like to ask the consumers to check us out on other platforms before believing this one person writing two complaints on the same day 8 hours a part, and 22 minutes after being terminated.
