Complaint Review: Bet rivers online casino - Michigan, Arizona, New Jersey, and several others

Ive never posted on one of these sites before not saying it's a good or bad thing just that  im  some what of a quiet person and avoid confrontation when ever possible so because of that I just never  really felt the need to speak/stand up to  somone  very often let alone to any orginazation until now. However I have never been robbed until now bet rivers online casino is a online gambling partner or branch of the little rivers casino and resort today they closed my online account without first consulting me about it or ....anything/ explanation...

all i got was a notice that my account was locked and that I should contact bet rivers  customer support and did so. The info i got from  customer support was a guilt trip and some kind of attempt at  blameing me basicialy treated like I'd done somthen wrong which I have not.but even so I thought  to my self hypotheticaly lets  say somone for example did commit an infraction rather they realized it or not.

what i mean is How would anyone who does break the rules even know what they did or even know it was wrong when they claim there policy is they don't have to discuss it.why wudnt it be open for discussion if someone does somthen  bad enough to where id say its trespassing to be on my property i promise you i would definitely give you an explanation just saying....clearly there is a reason hopefully its not just to rob me  because they needed some money but im not it ruleing it out i mean to my knowledge there not force closeing anyone elses account?

When i looked  this entertainment company up on this site it came up as online entertainment casino/company there were no other complaints so why not discuss it with me? i mean why have a online security team?  (which I wasnt allowed to speak to either?)they gotta have something to call the people who steal your money and property right?

It's definitely not a support team for me or anyone else they wanna deem not there kinda "customer" "account closed and are team is unlikely to reopen it for you" that's as close to the exact quote as I can recite from memory at the moment but that's just some of what they said. Really they said nothing informative to me what so ever! I found there official statement  was some what rude and a little bit vauge guilt trip was the vibe I felt truely.. if it's an option.

I'll post the screen shots of my breif conversation between bet River customer support and myself and what little explanation and information I received as to how or why they were doing this to me. I wanna take a minute and say to anyone who reads this I feel I work really hard like Most to earn my money. I worked through the pandemic so far. and for the past going on three years now at a food processing plant (beef slaughter house ) are company is nation wide we were hit by hackers who locked are entire corporations computer systems up nationwide for days and days until the company I work for was forced to pay the ransome.

that some terrorist criminals then took there sweet time to finally unlock  are computers as a result i was laid off for weeks what I'm saying I'd life  is unfair i get it i know that an im normally the last one to complain even now im not so much complaining as i am trying to warn everyone about these groups criminals who hide beside a legit name or litigation  by letting them know what just happened to me.

 Like most of us  i work hard for my money and i dont like to be played and lied too told everything is fine or at least go on acting like it is which is still a lie when there actions are untrue by any one or group/company/cowards or lied too and  treated  like a child an even worse  treated like im not a real human being I know that feeling too. Dont get wrong Im not a compulsive gambler or any thing before the forced  lay off I just didn't have any time to myself I worked 12 hr days 6 days a week so once Inna while when I wanted to do somthen fun.

  between sleep and work  for example maybe  go to a casino it was just more practical to go to one that's on my phone instead of an actual building my state in which i reside passed it into legislation 2 years back stating that some actual physical casinos in are states an the surrounding ones could now operate in the digital space these are  American companies.and up until now supposed to be legit or so I was told. I used 2 apps like this.

One I won quit a little bit of money on it the couple oof times I participated and the other one I deposited onto was bet rivers which I never won the few times I tried it  and the last time I was on it I deposited my money onto  bet rivers into my private account money  which they have stolen. I feel I have been treated unfairly Id go so far as to say it seems to me to be illegal action sought against me for litterly no explanation i will be disputing this with my bank how ever im worried that because ive deposited in the past with no issues or complaints until now that they will say that i my dispute will not be acknowledged it.

I'm saying all of this mainly as a warning to anyone reading this because I really don't want anyone else to be treated unjust. Thanks to anyone who reads this for your time and u really don't know  what if  any  my next course of action should be im open to any advice?
