I paid for a liftime subscription for repair manuals and computer support for several VW model cars, the one I need (2005 VW Passat) I can no longer access. I called left messages with a return phone number, no return calls. I e-mailed them on serveral occasions with no response.
Horrible customer service.
If you need a repair manual forget this company
