Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

On November 8, 2019 I used my Discover card for a one time purchase of $1 with Local Search For Dentists, the company stored my credit card information despite that it was a one time transaction. On November 9, 2019 I signed a contract to hire LSFD to manage our online google SEO. Initial payment was for $1997 (setup fee), and $497 for every month. I used my Citibank Visa for this. On March 23, 2020 the company LSFD asked me to hire them to do Google Adword campaign for $699 a month. I used my Bank of America Visa for this. Within 14 hours, before any work could be initiated, ie LSFD did not send me the paperwork to fill out for the campaign I would like to start, I cancelled service because it was too much for our business since we couldn't cancel and replace the new Adword campaign with the existing local SEO. I called the company and was told only their VP had the authority to do the cancellation. I spoke with the VP of the company, Derek Presti. Instead of acknowledging my cancellation for the service they have never started, Derek Presti gave me the run around, transferred me to another manager where she tried to talk to me into keeping the service. I informed her cancelling was crucial for our business, especially no work has initiated. She hung up on me. I followed up with emails but were all ignored. I called Bank of America to dispute the charge of $699 for the service that was never started because I cancelled immediately. With LSFD suspicious and unethical business practice, I audited the local SEO campaign that they launched in November 2019. I discovered that several deliverables were not completed. LSFD committed breach of contract when they fraudulently made promises to induce me to enter contract that they did not have any intention to fulfill. I informed the company of my cancellation for the local SEO campaign as well. I also advised them that any future charges would be considered unauthorized and disputed. Even after the cancellation, LSFD continued to make several charges to my Discover, Citibank Visa and Bank of America Visa. Several of these unauthorized charges were made for services not designated to those cards. I had to file 6 disputes with all 3 credit cards. In addition, LSFD also fabricated the digital credit card authorization form in order to continue making unauthorized charges. LSFD has been sending harassing correspondence coercing me into signing for additional charges in exchange for my cancellations. I've repeatedly reminded them that they have committed breach of contract when they failed to complete several of the deliverables, making unauthorized charges on services not designated to certain credit cards, therefore it was in the best interests for both parties to part way amicably. I also reminded LSFD that since my cancellation on March 24th, no work has been done from their company because their access to our google business account was revoked immediately. LSFD deceptive practices with their unconscionable clauses in the contract were designed to harm consumers. I will consider not seeking refunds for the work they did not deliver between November 2019 to March 2020, damages, and compensation for efforts if we can agree to end any contract and not be continued harassed by LSFD.
