I also have a problem with bank of America. My story is found here by searching. Bank of America and add $29,915.63 and you can read my story. I did have a reporter contact me from a very large Seattle news paper( PI ) and do a story. Today there is also a poll on if I should be reimbursed for check fraud and people think I should. In question now is there own bank account safety at bank of america. That cant even keep hundred's of thousands of customers information safe. Also will this bank damage itself so bad it wont recover.. The jury is still out but that is what is a stake as it screws more and more customers. Have a nice day KEN LEWIS, (CEO BoA) Hope your policies and greed justify back stabbing your good customers ??? yesterdays story: http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/opinion/228442_banked.asp Todays story:http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/opinion/228442_banked.asp

BOA has become too big for their britches. This kind of malicious treatment is rampant all across the nation. They have become money hungry, incompetent morons. They lost a $10,000 CASH deposit I made to my checking account!! That I got it back isn't the point; That this kind of error could happen is! They also neglected to charge a credit card payment I made to my checking account. I fought with them for two months about it, and they assured me over and over that the payment posted to my credit card ( a BOA Visa)and my payment was posted on my checking account. Finally, and out of the blue, they reversed the charge to my credit card, charged fees that put it over the limit, and DOUBLE DEBITED my checking account, and totally screwed everything up. And I am still paying for all of this. All of the over limit fees and other stupid fees kept building up, and of course it's all the customers' fault. Screw BOA! Run like hell if they approach you to open up an account. If you know what's good for you, CHANGE BANKS!
