Was told by the Sales Lady that is covers Bumper to Bumper, had a claim and it was denied. Was told it DOES NOT cover bumper to bumper according to the claims department. Claims Department has a wide array of reasons and excuses as to what they cover and what they do not. My dad is 81 years old and they took $176.00 out of his account for the last two years. Did I say they are GOOD at taking advantage of the elderly? Did I mention this is a pure RIPOFF? steer clear of this dumpster fire...
