Austin weight loss clinic I paid 80$ for 4 injections, yet only received 2. Austin Texas
I have been going here for a year and never been told that you HAVE to use all your B12 injections in a month NEVER! Every month I usually purchase a package with 4 b12 shots and prescription for 80$. I try to come every week but sometimes I have to come every other week due to my work schedule..The usual staff members were not there and it was a new woman at the front desk. I signed in and checked "just receiving injections " next to my name.
I just waited 30 min to be told that the 2 remaining injections that I purchased as part of a package could not be administered to me even though I have already purchased them! After voicing my concerns that this has never happened to me and I've never been told this and that I just waited 30+ minutes to be told I can't receive something I paid for the woman shrugged an said "I know"
