You received over 100,000 dollars in cash from us in personal checks as you didn't want to pay taxes on the profit, then you threw us under the bus to save yourself from your trial where you robbed Dr. Leanard Horowits the famous writer of his Hawaiian home.

Folks, this man tried to convince me that the Paul J. Sulla who was on trial for the same crime I hired him to defend was a different Paul J. Sulla located in a different state.

 All I ever got from this Attorney were misdirection, misinterpretation, red-herring, and downright lies. He did what was necessary to get his case dismissed and sold me out after exposing the plaintiff's crime in the deposition. Now, these same attorneys go by different names. For example, my first attorney, Terrance M. Revere, now goes by the name of Terry Revere.

 Matson Kelley is now Kelly Matson, bells and whistles, deception at its best.

Matson Kelley gets wind of an easy score of big money for nothing. He once more use’s an already tried and proven land grabbing conspiracy involving himself and his relationship with the Chief Judge of Maui. Thus we were forced to fight a predetermined case from the start between the now, Former Chief Judge of Maui, who was the possible uncle and mentor, who by Aiding and abetting his nephew and protégé, carried out their robbery. Their premeditated plan included Matson Kelley, a Maui Attorney, falsely claiming to represent a daughter with no legal interest in our properties.

Her mother hired Mitchell S. Burns, attorney at law of the Hawaii Estate Planning Law Group located in Honolulu, to remove her from any ownership interest. This warranty deed was recorded at the State of Hawaii Bureau of Conveyances recorded on March 15, 2001. This became a matter of public record, thus unchallengeable.

However, their conspiracy was carried out with the necessary aid of his retiring mentor, the Chief Judge of Maui, Joseph E. Cardoza. Cardoza’s involvement was a matter of turning a blind eye to the facts of law.

He was the chief judge thus in a position to do so, again. Maui’s Chief judge, Cardoza’s first move in this organized thief, took over the sitting judge's position as she saw straight through this fraud case when Matson presented the absurd paperwork at the first hearing. Read her accurate choice of words about Matson’s audacity in this story! Thus from start to finish, Maui’s chief Judge, Joseph Cardoza, made certain by abusing his position, risking license as well as liberty, handed his associate and protege our three homes. A case without Merit! Let me be clear. Their so-called Merit was my three homes worth 2.5 million dollars. All my homes had ocean views just down the road from Matson’s primary residence.

Moving on, both judges were aware I was planning to sue Matson Kelley for punitive damages, possibly, unraveling all the past frauds they committed and perhaps leading to their arrests. Their advantage, Maui’s Chief judge held the authority to hand down all decisions for a case he was involved in financially and had a relationship with all the criminals. (Attorneys) Their other advantage, my first attorney, Terrance M. Revere, was awarded his biggest payday from the same Chief judge of 4 million dollars.

Perhaps shared with Crooked Cardoza. His blind eye and obvious cooperation were more profitable than the hourly wage he conned me out of. Imagine the favoritism he gained.

Read the story, you will agree. Their other advantage, my second and last attorney, Paul J.Sulla, had a pending court case pending for the exact same crime I hired him to expose against a doctor. Paul did expose Matson's fraud and milked me for all the money he could then threw my family under the bus anyway, by handing them our homes. Thus his fraud case was dismissed shortly after; Paul's fraud case had been ongoing for over ten years. Their crimes were also used previously and successfully just months before against a group of religious native Hawaiian people who’s had their lands stolen.

They were forced to watch their church bulldozed down by these same men.

This story provides “Proof” of their often used crimes under cover of the law. This is such a preposterous story that’s it's entertaining, even if it’s at my family's expense.

Their other advantage is I am not a skilled writer who can place all the facts of this story in the proper chronological order to shorten it with just the facts. So, as best as I can, I present the facts in writing, photos, and documents as proof along with this summary.

When I confronted Paul J. Sulla with his crimes against the doctor whose home he stole.

Paul dared to try and convince me was a different Paul J. Sulla of Hawaii, who was accused of the crimes.

This posting is just another one of his paid Secretaries. Nice try or touch with the Afghanistan-based, but now this rebuttal is from the USA? 

Anther Red herrings. Paul J. Sulla is a master of deception at another expense.

 Google the man's full name and add Hawaii attorney.

Then google my name, Kirk Giordano plastering, and the doctor he robbed, thus make your own decision of class verse evil.

I have thousands of reviews, all positive. He has less than three, all negative. Having said this it's a waste of one's time, better use of one's time is to expose him and the rest and because world famous for your efforts as the world will be quite interested. It was a beautiful con, as I trusted while not understanding the relationships of these corrupt men.

 I wait to be on 60 minutes or the like to share all of their corruption.

This is just another deliberately misleading ruse by the attorney "Paul Sulla" to divert the truth.

 All interested in the truth to become the next, Ervin Brockavich, need read half the paperwork in the link. Or just read the deposition if nothing else, then form your own opinion.

The well-worn "you must be working for them" response.  No, I don't work for (or even know) anyone involved in your story.  I am sure the people who screwed you over have better things to do than posting on complaint sites.  And I have no idea why it's putting "afghanistan" as my location, probably because my account was created before they had the ability to select a country.

The report from Smith and Patten basically says "your case is totally hopeless" in a nice way.  You cut it off at page 7, probably because the next page is where they advise you to give up trying to litigate and settle the case.  Basically, on the ethics issue, the report says you have no standing; even if you were to disqualify the lawyer from this case, they could just hire another one; and the laws of Hawaii favored your opponent.  I am not sure how you managed to interpret that opinion as being favorable to you.  It basically says (in lawyer-speak) that the case is more or less a slam dunk for the opposing party.

Your story is a perfect example of why:

a) You shouldn't invest in things you don't understand, such as a tax lien sales.

b) The best time to consult with a lawyer is before, not after, you have a legal problem.

c) When a lawyer tells you something isn't worth fighting, take the loss and move on.

d) You shouldn't clean up hazmat/biohazard messes without appropriate training and proper PPE.

Best I can tell, you bought something you had no clue about (a tax lien).  You then assumed that having the tax lien was the same as having title to the property.  Turns out, that's not the case.  But you went ahead and cleaned up a biohazard situation, thus ruining your health in the process.  Someone then came along and snagged the property out from under you (which they had the right to do).  You tried fighting them and compounded your losses, particularly since you had no case whatsoever.

Just to clarify one point you seem particularly confused about: removing someone from a deed is not the same as disinheriting them.  Just because the daughter was removed from the deed when the mother was alive does not stop her from inheriting title to the property once the owner dies.  That's what happened here; the lawyer just had to go through probate first.  The second thing is that title records don't tell you the whole story.  Just because a claim isn't recorded doesn't mean it doesn't exist. That's why there is such a thing as title insurance, and why tax liens are very high risk purchases.  If you had consulted with a lawyer prior to evicting the owners, they should have told you that, and possibly you could have paid them to sign some kind of waiver.

Another thing you seem confused about is ethical obligations.  There is nothing that stops an attorney from acting as a real estate investor.  They don't have any ethics obligations to the daughters because they were not representing them, they merely bought the rights to the property from them.  So that avenue of attack was hopeless from the beginning.  Even if there were some kind of ethics violation, it would be none of your concern and would not have improved your case.

Next time, consult with an attorney BEFORE bidding on a tax lien.  Chances are, nobody bid on it for 10+ years because it wasn't worth anything.  Even the best lawyer in the world can't help you when you have a loser of a case.  And I'm sure more than one lawyer told you that the case was a loser, and yet you refused to believe them.

Better luck next time.  But I sure hope you learn from your mistakes instead of blaming everyone around you and seeing conspiracies where there aren't any.
