Atmark Trading. Sent unusable computer with a defective motherboard. Asked me to return it. I did. Now they have my money and my computer. They have stopped all communication. Illinois US Chicago,
Atmark Trade sent me a defective Computer and when I found it had a bad motherboard (never got to use computer), I contacted Atmark Trade and they sent me a return label. I returned the computer but they never returned the computer or my money to me. They send me an email stating that it had shipped but UPS never received it to ship to me.
Still waiting. Sent many calls to answering machines. Sent several emails. But cannot get anyone to talk to me and cannot get my computer returned repaired or my $239 returned.
They have stopped all forms of personal communication. You can only leave "voice mail" information and it is never answered.
