I buy an new at&t phone w/2yrs insurance. It wasn't connecting to my wifi & I was in my rm. So I had to returned it in 5days. So I purchased another at&t phone bc I still had insurance on phone, in 3months, phone not working w/sound. Call insurance n they said I need receipt to show date of purchased? I had a receipt pix but date wasn't showing n now paper receipt is erase ink. The insurance of the phone told to go back to the store I purchased the phone & get a new receipt. That's my experience.
