I purchased a purchase during the Memorial day promotion on May 28, 2022. It was delivered June 2, 2022. I was promised a $200 MC gift card 3 weeks from delivery. I called after the 3 weeks and was told it was 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, I was told 8 weeks. After 8 weeks I was told it was 8 weeks minus weekends and holidays.
After all of the time had passed, I visited the store and was told that the person who was supposed to file the paperwork was fired or quit and it was never submitted. I asked if it was going to take another 8 weeks.
I was told it would be about a week because it was being expedited. It is now 2 1/2 weeks since that promise and 4 months since my delivery and I am getting nowhere with them.
