We made the mistake of reaching out to this company.

 

We immediately tried to cancel service the same day we spoke with a salesperson. APN Tech's website does not give specific instructions on how to cancel your service -- that is a MAJOR RED FLAG #1.

 

We called twice, but we were only able to reach the answering service who seemed to be extremely knowledgeable with the company and its processes, but could only relay a message to proper department.

 

We were promised we would receive a call back within 72 business hours -- nobody ever called us back.

 

We responded to every email with request to cancel and even generated original cancellation emails to their office -- nobody ever responded.

 

MAJOR RED FLAG #2 -- we were to receive credit or a refund for the first of two charges as that expense was included in the second charge or they would waive it as a new customer courtesy -- they were vague about this, and they were vague for a reason. Two charges later, our only recourse is to dispute the multiple charges.

 

We should have read the negative reviews before contacting this company.
