Receiving email from authorize.net to my account very late sometimes the next day. AOL claims that there have been complaints from other member regarding spam from authorize.net which is a lie and totally divorced from the truth. I was hung up on twice by two different customer service reps who from their accent hail from India on of the most despicable country on the planet. They have no business dealing with customers. a) they are hard to understand b) they hang up the phone c) they lie. d) they are totally useless.
Desired Settlement: Refund Desired Outcome: I deserve a refund and an apology from the two Indian tech staff who hung up the phone as I explained to them they are feeding me lies and nonsense. Authorize.net is a reputable company, I have never received spam from them. AOL is making excuses for their own folly.
