MATT KORNMEIER HAS NEGLECTED TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH MAINTENANCE REPAIR FOR TWO YEARS THEN WHEN I FINALLY DID NOT JUST LET HIM IGNORE MY REQUEST HE IS REQUESTING I MOVE OUT WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW! MATT KORMEIER IS CAUSING UNDUE STRESS TO MY FAMILY AND I AND I FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE DUE TO TEH FACT NO REPAIRS ARE BEING FOLLWOED THROUGH WITH. WATER DAMAGE THAT WAS CAUSED BY MATT AND HIS MAINTENACE CREW CAUSING A FLOOD IN THE RENATL PROPERTYWITHIN THE FIRST WEEK I WAS A NEW RENTER. Matt along with his creepy side kick Doug who is the maintenance man for Vernier Terraces act as though they are living in another century acting as through womwn have no rights and have no clue what they are talking about. SEXUAL DISCRIMINATION MATT KORNMEIER IS TELLING A PERSON RENTING YOUR PROPERTY TO GET ON THEIR KNEES AND SCRUB THE FLOOR WITH A TOOTHBRUSH. MATT KORNMEIER MAYBE YOU SHOULD GET ON YOUR BIG BOY PANTS AND PROVIDE PROPER CAULKING THROUGHOUT YOUR RENTAL PROPERTIES! ANK ENTERPRISES HAS NEGLECTED TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE UPDATES FOR TWO YEARS!

Renting is stressful enough without having a maintenance manager who will not follwo through with repairs. It is against the law for a renter to be intimidated to move out because Matt Kornmeier Maintenance Manager of ANK Enterprises. The property management company was developed and ran by the same family who own the Vernier Terraces property. The Maintenance manager Matt Kornmeier and his crew Doug to not have a great reputation around the property regarding the maintenance guy Doug unable to properly fix anything leaves renters wondering when Matt will hire a maintenance guy who can actyually fix something properly. Matt is known for attempting to intimidate females around the property by calling them and yelling at them if Doug calls complaining! An older neighbor sais Doug was picking up garbage around the property and would put loose garbage in her trash bin every garbage day until she told him to stop, he refused to listen and did it again so the renter removed the garbage and threw it on the ground infront of Doug who called Matt, who then called the renter and yelled at her. Who does Matt and Doug think they are? Matt Kornmeier is very inappropriate with females making it very uncomfortable to request maintenance repairs to be followed through with becuase he will just ignore you until you stop asking. This is discrimination and is not a proper way to run a property management company that is developed to help renters with maintenance requests.
