Amore Party Amore Party Shop I paid for 3 collectable books online. They falsely reported tracking information and when the books were to arrive I got a cryptic letter instead. Bronx New York

This is apparently an internet based "business," but they don't appear to have their own website. Rather they sell through Amazon.com and ship via UPS.
I purchased three collectable books that soared in value shortly after the purchase. I did this on Amazon, but the seller was listed as "Amore Party Shop." On a poorly worded cryptic letter, they sent instead of the book, they just call themselves "Amore Party."
I got a cryptic letter from Amore Party Shop claiming that they decided not to send me the book. This happened even though they falsely reported that the product was being shipped. Even if they refunded my payment I would suffer significant financial loss since the product has since appreciate in value.
I now demand the current market value for this product based on it's average price on Amazon, or they must make good on the initial purchase. I would like to beet up with other victims, or an attorney doing a class action suit against them.
I will complain to Amazon and will urge them to de-platform this organization.
