This company is a f**king joke. I was tricked into working there. As to no benefit. The "upper level" employees were ALL under educated and underdeveloped. They are all idiots. Never have I seen an organization take on as a manager a GED type person. But this was almost an automatic behavior for AMC. What a joke. A GED to them meant a PHD to a normal company. As long as you were a monkey that believed in the bulls**t that they preached...you were promoted. Bar none.
Look at it now..the people promoted were/are idiots/monkeys. They will never amount to s**t. Funny...how the company is now shutting down offices and people are getting fired...these people used to be their "golden boys". Too bad AMC!! AMC is a bunch of idiots clinging to the dream of being someone special...too bad that company is a joke amongst the ex-employees. F**K YOU AMC and F**k you Mariano...you can spare me of your drug store pshycology...you are a carbon copy of Anthony Robbins but he was more successful...and f**k ur Miami fa**ot team you monkey.
