I feel for your situation. I'm sure you were upset, but of course they didn't send you more wallpaper. You could have been lying for all they knew. Possibly just trying to get free paper or something. They told you if you sent the defective paper back to them they would send you more. Seems fair to me. I don't think your complaint is valid at all.

I had ordered wall paper from this compay, and had terrefic results. The shipment arrived earlier than I there given shipment date and the wallpaper was in excellent condtions. No company is going to give you back you money after you put the paper on the wall. You should have contacted them before you papered the wall. I would order from them again.
