Almaltz Almaltz They refuse to refund me for the 4 of 6 items I am returning. They refuse to pay for shipping or issue me an itemized receipt or shipping label.

Four of the six clothing items I received need to be returned to this company but when I requested an itemized receipt so I would know exactly the amount owed to me, they tried to buy me off by offering me first $22 and then $45 and then $68 and then $80.
The order was $225 USD and I explained in my 10 emails to them that none of these amounts were acceptable. Without an itemized receipt, the 4 of 6 items would be estimated at $150 of the $225. I simply want to send back the 4 items and get a refund. Their website falsely claims the return shipping is free and that they manufacture in the US. Neither of these things are true.
In our emails of Sept 1-3, 2022, Almaltz stated the address to return items to is in Dubai: No 47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd - Dubai - UAE +852 81990571
